Had a belated birthday celebration for Justina last week.
The actual birthday was on 18th July, and I was cable-skiing in Batam on that day .
To our amusement, we found out 3 days later that she was in Batam celebrating her birthday with Winston!
And she stayed at some resort which was just opposite the ski park.
Plus, she took the usual 0920hrs ferry along with the BCP group.
Awww… So near, yet so far.

The previous time I met her, she wore heels and I practically have to raise my head to talk to her.
We had a good laugh when we realised that she wore flats and I wore 4″ heels to complement each other this time.
Dinner was settled at Pasta Waraku, Marina Square.
I love their pizzas!
Had a nice long chat. I think close to 3 hours non-stop?
Gosh, there are so many things to catch up with.
To the extend that the waitresses stopped re-filling our iced water.
Trying to hint that we should get going, I guess.
Ordered some dessert which was nice but kinda expensive, for the tiny slice which we got.

And so, the usual cam-whoring starts.
Justina was pretty proud that she finally created some cyber-presence by setting up a blog.
She never had any accounts in social networking sites.
No Friendster, no Facebook, no Tagged, no Multiply…. (what a mountain turtle!!)
Anyway, she is going to cable-ski with us this weekend! Winston had always been an avid fan of cable-skiing.
And its nice to have female companion, finally. 
Can’t wait for weekend to come!
